Award winning Single Vineyard Chardonnay (91pts by Halliday) from a great year in the Margaret River. The wine will meet you with i ntense aromas of peaches, lime and honeydew melon, accompanied by a hint of vanilla and cashew from the
creamy oak. There?s round and lush fruit on the palate, but the accompanying acidity keeps it crisp and tight. Long, seductive and totally over-delivering on the sophistication. Grapes from the best block of Chardonnay 100% barrel fermented with regular less stirring to build texture and 20% new French oak for pronounced structure and complexity. Drinks beautifully already, but can cellar for another 10+ years. Serve with mixed sushi, roast chicken or delicate salsiccia pasta.
